Honeycomb Lightweight Solid Paper Board (10mm Thickness) 2440 x 1220mm
A sandwich panel: a core of hexagonal paper cells between two kraft liners. The hexagon is the point — the same geometry a beehive uses, spreading load across every cell wall instead of concentrating it, which is what lets a board this light carry a stack this heavy. It stays flat under load, absorbs impact rather than passing it to the product, and weighs a fraction of plywood, so it costs less to freight where couriers bill by volumetric weight. Paper all the way through, it is recycled with the rest of your carton waste, and unlike solid timber packaging it falls outside ISPM-15 heat-treatment and fumigation rules for export. Used for pallet decks and layer pads, crate and case walls, furniture and door cores, edge protection, and void fill around heavy or awkward items.
