How delivery works
Orders placed before noon leave on our own truck the next working day. Delivery is free for orders of RM300 and above anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor; smaller orders go by courier at cost, or can be collected from the warehouse. Pallet quantities are delivered wrapped and ready for a forklift or pallet jack.

No.13, Jalan Taming P/1, Taming Jaya, 43300 Balakong, Selangor — Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–1pm. Boxes ship flat: a hatchback carries 20–30, an MPV about 50. WhatsApp ahead and the order is stacked at the door.

- Which areas do you deliver carton boxes to?
- All of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor on our own truck — including Ampang, Cheras, Kajang, Bangi, Semenyih, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Shah Alam, Klang, Rawang, Sepang and KLIA — plus Nilai in Negeri Sembilan by courier or quoted truck delivery. Nationwide by courier.
- Is carton box delivery free?
- Yes for orders of RM300 and above within KL & Selangor. Below that, courier delivery is charged at cost, or you can self-collect from Balakong.
- How fast is delivery?
- Next working day for orders placed before noon, on our own truck within KL & Selangor. Courier orders nationwide typically arrive in 1–3 working days.
- Can I collect carton boxes myself?
- Yes. The warehouse in Balakong is open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm, and sits 15–45 minutes from most of the Klang Valley. Boxes are supplied flat and fit easily in a car.
