1. Who we are

This website is operated by Quinocycle Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202001029919), No.13, Jalan Taming P/1, Taming Jaya, 43300 Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia. "We" and "us" mean Quinocycle Sdn Bhd; "you" means the person or business placing the order.

2. Our products

New cartons are made to the dimensions stated on each product page; small variations are normal for corrugated board. Photographs show a representative item.

Once-used ("Grade A") cartons have been used once and are checked by hand to be rigid, dry, clean and free of odour. They carry the printing, labels and marks of their previous owner, including brand names and certification marks. Those marks belong to the previous owner: they do not describe Quinocycle or the goods you pack in the box, and printing can differ between batches. Used cartons are not sold as food-contact or certified packaging.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are shown on each product page per piece and, where offered, per bundle and per pallet. Payment is taken at checkout through HitPay by card, FPX online banking or e-wallet. Your order is confirmed when payment is received and we send you an order confirmation by email.

4. Stock and availability

Stock, especially of once-used cartons, is limited to what is on our shelves. If an item you have paid for turns out to be unavailable, or was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you and offer a substitute or a full refund.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery charges, delivery times and self-collection are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address or collected from our warehouse.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Delivery & Returns page explains what to do if an item is wrong, short or damaged, how to return an item you no longer want, and how refunds are paid.

7. Custom-made boxes

Custom sizes and printed boxes are quoted case by case and made to order once you approve the quotation and, for printed boxes, the artwork. The minimum quantity, lead time and payment terms are stated in each quotation. A made-to-order job cannot be cancelled once production has started, and made-to-order items can be returned only if they are faulty or not as quoted.

8. Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Subject to those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit.

9. Your personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
